ExpertOption – Rewards program

  • Reach Trade Reward goals and earn EO Points. Participation in Loyalty Program is absolutely free: just continue trading as usual with no additional expenses. By default, every deal accounts for 100% of its amount as a turnover. Multiple deals on different assets, opposite deals (Buy and Sell) on the same asset, and deals closed before their expiration yield 5% of the deal amount.
  • EO Points are credited to your balance once the maximum turnover of Trade Reward is reached or when Trade Reward expires. EO Points are only granted for full completion of the goal – partial completion grants no points.
  • EO Points can be used only when the points balance is 500 or higher. By clicking on the “Convert” button, entire EO Points balance is converted without option to use only a portion of points.
  • Turnover is not granted for deals with bonus funds.

Cashback & Rewards program – Terms and Conditions

1.1. ExpertOption Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by ExpertOption Ltd. (“ExpertOption” or “we”) through which an individual (“Client”) who has a valid trading account with ExpertOption, may earn virtual points (“EO Points”) that will be credited to Client’s Rewards Account (“Rewards Account”) as set forth herein. Clients may redeem their EO Points in accordance with the terms and conditions described below.


2.1. The Program is offered through expertoption or ExpertOption Mobile Application, at the sole discretion of ExpertOption. Your participation in the Program is subject to all present and future ExpertOption terms and conditions, including the ExpertOption Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Program Terms”). These Rewards Program Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with ExpertOption.

2.2. The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal clients for using ExpertOption services. You may earn EO Points for a specific volume of trade, which will be set by ExpertOption individually for each client, or in accordance with other criteria determined by ExpertOption.

2.3. Participation in the Program will be offered by ExpertOption to clients who are at least 18 years of age or older, and is limited to one account per individual. Employees of ExpertOption are not eligible to participate in the Program. ExpertOption reserves the right at any time to limit the number of participants in the Program.

2.4. The Program is provided to individuals only. Legal entities may not participate in the Program.

2.5. By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rewards Program Terms and by any changes or modifications we may make. You should review these Rewards Program Terms frequently in order to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program, as these may change from time to time. Further by participating in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. For the avoidance of doubt, your continued participation in the Program after any changes or modifications have been made to any of the Rewards Program Terms constitutes your consent and agreement to be bound by such Rewards Program Terms as amended.

2.6. EO Points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be withdrawn either in whole or in part. EO Points do not constitute property of any client or any other person and may not be brokered, bartered, pledged, gifted, sold, or otherwise transferred, other than by ExpertOption or as otherwise expressly provided for in these Rewards Program Terms, and any receipt or use of EO Points in violation of these Rewards Program Terms will render such EO Points void. Neither Rewards Accounts nor EO Points may be shared or combined.

2.7. Some transactions may be excluded from the Program, at the sole discretion of ExpertOption.

2.8. ExpertOption reserves the right, at any time in its sole discretion and without notice to Client, to change the Program, how EO Points are earned, and how we evaluate and reward Client, and other Program action.


3.1. EO Points do not constitute property, do not entitle Client to a vested right or interest, have no cash value, and are not considered to be electronic money or its equivalent. As such, EO Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason.

3.2. The sale or transfer of EO Points is strictly prohibited.

3.3. Any EO Points remaining in Client’s Rewards Account, if the Program is cancelled, will be forfeited without compensation. There shall be no carry over or transfer of EO Points to other rewards or bonus programs, unless otherwise determined by ExpertOption at its sole and absolute discretion.

3.4. After ninety (90) days of Client’s account inactivity, ExpertOption reserves the right to annul EO Points rewarded to Client. “Inactivity” is defined as a period in which a client earns no EO Points, makes no transactions, and redeems no EO Points.

3.5. The number of EO Points earned by each Client will be tracked in Client’s Rewards Account. Each Client will have the responsibility of ensuring that his/her EO Points are properly credited. Any claim for EO Points not credited accurately must be received by ExpertOption within 3 days of the date of claimed accrual of such EO Points.

3.6. ExpertOption reserves the right to invalidate EO Points from Client’s Rewards Account if it determines that such EO Points were improperly credited or obtained fraudulently.

3.7. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their devices and activity on their accounts, and Clients agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

3.8. Without limiting any other remedies, ExpertOption may suspend or terminate Client’s Rewards Account if ExpertOption suspects that Client has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Program.

3.9. Participation in the Program is subject to these Rewards Program Terms, as well as policies and procedures that ExpertOption may adopt or modify from time to time. Any failure to abide by these Rewards Program Terms or any policies or procedures implemented by ExpertOption, any conduct detrimental to ExpertOption, or any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities in connection with the Program may result, in addition to any rights or remedies available to ExpertOption in law or equity, in the termination of participation in the Program, as well as forfeiture of EO Points accrued to date, all as determined by ExpertOption at its sole discretion.


4.1. Client may redeem EO Points by signing into Client’s account. EO Points used for redemption will be deducted from the total EO Points available in Client’s account.

4.2. EO Points may be redeemed in order to earn account balance in the currency of the first real deposit and used for trading if the number of EO Points in Client’s Rewards Account is equal to or more than 500 EO Points. The total number of EO Points Client can use is the number of EO Points available in Client’s Rewards Account.

4.3. EO Points can be redeemed based on the exchange rate set by ExpertOption on a date of EO Points redemption. Exchange rates shall be determined by ExpertOption and are not subject to negotiation.

4.4. All EO Points Redemptions are final.


5.1. By joining the Program, Client will be automatically subscribed to receive and you consent to receive Program emails, including Program marketing emails, from us. Such emails include, but are not limited to, a Program welcome email, redemption confirmation email, an account update email, or other communications that relate to Client’s participation in the Program.


6.1. The Program and its benefits are offered at ExpertOption’s sole discretion. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate these Rewards Program Terms and/or the Program, or any aspect or feature of the Program, at any time with or without notice, even if such changes may affect EO Points already earned and accumulated and/or the ability to earn and redeem EO Points.

6.2. Participation in the Program may be revoked by ExpertOption, in its sole discretion, at any time.

6.3. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Rewards Program Terms; account inactivity for more than ninety (90) days; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to ExpertOption or our interests may result in the revocation of Client’s participation in the Program and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If, in our sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Rewards Program Terms, we also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

6.4. If ExpertOption terminates the Program or Client’s participation in the Program is revoked, any EO Points in Client’s account or available to Client prior to such termination or revocation will automatically expire, and Client’s access to the Program and its features will be automatically terminated, in ExpertOption’s sole discretion.

6.5. If Client decides he/she no longer wants to be part of the Program, Client may cancel his/her participation at any time by contacting ExpertOption Customer Support at [email protected] Client must specify name, phone number, and email address associated with Client’s account, and confirm that Client wishes to be removed from the Program. It may take up to 7 business days for Client’s cancellation to be completed.

6.6. Client acknowledges and agrees that, upon cancellation of the participation in the Program, Client forfeits any EO Points he/she may have earned during Client’s continued participation in the Program.

6.7. ExpertOption reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any Client who uses, or, in the case of suspension, is suspected of using, the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Rewards Program Terms or any applicable laws. In addition to suspension or discontinuance of the Program eligibility, ExpertOption shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.


7.1. Neither ExpertOption nor its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, or licensors makes any representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these Rewards Program Terms or any of EO Points associated therewith, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no warranties that defects or errors will be corrected.

7.2. Client acknowledges and agrees that neither ExpertOption nor its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, or licensors will be responsible for or liable (in contract, warranty, or in tort (including negligence)) for any interruption of business; access delays or access interruptions to the Program; data non-delivery, loss, theft, misdelivery, corruption, destruction, or other modification; loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of use of any EO Points of the Program; computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the Program or; any inaccuracies or omissions in Program content; or events beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, act of war, natural disaster, cyberattacks, terrorism, or any act or omission of a third party.

7.3. Client further acknowledges and agrees that neither ExpertOption nor its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors, contractual partners, providers, or licensors shall be responsible to Client for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other tangible losses, related to the Program or Client’s participation therein, whether in contract, warranty, or in tort (including negligence).

7.4. Client further acknowledges and agrees that no claims or action in contract, warranty, or in tort (including negligence) arising out of, or related to, Client’s participation in the Program, use of any EO Points or these Rewards Program Terms may be brought by Client.

7.5. ExpertOption is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Client while participating in the Program.


8.1. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ExpertOption, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, agents, partners, contractors, contractual partners, and providers and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, losses and expenses made by any third party due to or arising out of Client’s participation in the Program in violation of any law, rule, regulation, guideline, or these Rewards Program Terms, and/or Client’s violation of any rights of another.


9.1. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, the redemption of EO Points, or Client’s compliance with these Rewards Program Terms will be resolved by ExpertOption in its sole discretion.


All personal information collected from Client in connection with the Program, including but not limited to Client’s registration data, is subject to our Privacy Policy.
